Terms that cover a mill visit and a set of charts

These terms govern chart commissions arranged with Cognit Weave Analytics Co., Ltd., a company established in Bangkok in 2016. By sending a visit note, paying a deposit, or receiving charts, you accept these terms. The studio address is 88/1 Nimitrmai Road, Samwa Khlong Song, Khlong Sam Wa, Bangkok 10510.

The commission

A commission covers the visit, the reading, and the charts described in the written note we send you. That note names the room, the period, the fee, and the visit window. Work outside that note — a second hall, extra batches, a later month — is a further commission with its own fee.

Your books and our drawings

Shift books, shade cards, slips, and mill figures remain yours. You grant us permission to read them for the commission and to keep working copies until the hand-over and any refund window have closed. After the fee is paid in full, the physical charts belong to you. We keep the right to describe our method in general words. We do not publish your meters, batch numbers, or shed name unless you agree in writing.

Drafts, pencil sheets, and the way we rule a page stay with the studio. You may photograph the finished charts for your own mill. You may not resell the blank method as a template.

What the charts record

The charts record what the books, slips, and the people on duty could support at the visit. They are an account of those records. They are a production forecast only in the sense that a past fortnight is visible; they do not promise future cloth meters, fewer stops, or a buyer’s acceptance of a shade.

Fees and deposits

Fees are in Thai baht, as stated in the note. A deposit of forty percent of the stated fee reserves the visit. The balance is due at hand-over. If we quote again because the hall is larger than described, drawing waits until you accept the revised figure.

Liability

Our liability for a commission is limited to the fee you paid for that commission, except where Thai law does not allow a limit. We are not liable for mill decisions taken after the hand-over, for looms repaired or left alone, for dye lots you pass or hold, or for losses that follow from books that were incomplete when we read them. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Cancellation

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows, and refunds are set out on the refund page, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction, without limiting any right you have as a consumer under mandatory Thai law.
