We sit with the production clerk, read the shift book line by line, and leave an inked chart of cloth meters, loom stops, and warp changes for that hall.

Meters, stops, and a signature that may not match
A weaving shed east of Bangkok usually closes the night with an exercise book. Loom numbers run down the margin. Cloth meters sit in a column that also collects ticks, smears, and a word only one weaver still uses. The buyer wants meters. The fitter wants warp breaks. The book has mixed them.
Cognit Weave Analytics draws that mix apart only where the book, the slips on the beam, or the clerk on duty can support the split. Blank lines stay blank. The chart is a reading of the fortnight the hall already wrote down.

A large paper chart of cloth meters for the office wall, sized to the wall we measure, so the fortnight is visible from the doorway.

The night shift and the day shift finally pointed at the same sheet
Siriporn’s shed had been arguing about which looms actually ran. The chart did not award the argument. It showed the meters as written, and it marked the lines the clerk had filled after the weavers had gone to the canteen. The full account is with the other client stories.
